Many times life can be so overwhelming that breathing seems to become a challenge and feeling your heart will burst the new norm. Other times, your thoughts and feelings become so unbearably heavy and painful, completing daily mundane tasks become monumental challenges. Then the feelings of guilt and hopelessness invade you accompanied with their friends, Negative Thoughts. They become intrusive, setting up camp in your mind, and drowning you with sadness, anger, frustration, dread, helplessness, worry or any combination of these.
