Caring for Yourself Through Life Transitions
The main goal of CARING FOR YOURSELF THROUGH LIFE TRANSITIONS During Covid 19 , is to provide healing, bring hope and decrease isolation. We will learn to connect to something bigger then our own pain and loneliness. Also, we will work on how to sustain ourselves during periods of social isolation, and address the effects of complicated bereavement, trauma, illness, social inequities, unemployment, anxiety and depression. Group members can benefit from this group by reducing depression, anxiety, and complicated grief and stress through Interpersonal Therapy and Psychoeducation.
