I passionately serve women, preteens, and children. My focus areas are women's emotional well-being that includes positive self-esteem, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I have a heart for children and work closely with them and their families by helping them in areas of behavioral concerns, ADHD, anxiety, grief/divorce processing, and depression.
I assist clients with emotional and relational issues by utilizing Cognitive therapy that emphasizes how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact and influence our responses to life events. I help clients process with clinician empathetic listening, move beyond limiting behaviors and beliefs, identify and implement healthy thought patterns that promote a best personal self.
