Hello! I am glad you're here. Let me tell you a little bit about my practice. I work with young adults, adults and their families to assist them in their personal growth and any life transition that they may be going through such as becoming a parent, launching a child into adulthood, entering or exiting a significant relationship etc. I also enjoy assisting clients with identifying various patterns in their lives and empowering them to explore ways they can contribute to changing these existing patterns.

Leaving an abusive relationship is only the beginning — making sense of what happened and rebuilding your life takes time. You want to move forward with your life, but the impact of domestic, sexual, or relational abuse can make that feel complicated. Many people struggle to make sense of their experiences while also trying to rebuild stability for themselves and their families. If you're looking for a place to begin understanding what you've been through and start rebuilding your life, you’re not alone.

We are wired for connection, to feel seen, understood, and that we matter. Yet even in our most important relationships, we can feel lost, unheard, or misunderstood. Whether it's the same argument playing on repeat, silent disconnection, or parenting struggles, the pain often runs deeper than the behavior we see. It's not about who’s “wrong”; it’s about what’s unmet, unspoken, or unseen. In my work, I help individuals, couples, and families slow down and listen—not just to each other, but to what’s underneath the conflict: the longings, fears, and needs that often go unexpressed.
