By integrating a Biblical approach with traditional counseling, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help you to address your mind, body, soul & spirit. I incorporate music & video into therapy to address right brain functioning. Through engaging exercises and strength-focused techniques, I will help to guide you through whatever issue you are facing.
