When we find ourselves in the dark hole of depression, we tend to isolate. We feel others won't understand because we've had family and friends say insensitive things like " It's all in your attitude - think positive." or "You've got to pull yourself up." As you know, depression doesn't work that way. You just feel stuck and hopeless. This group offers you helpful support from other's who are suffering. You'll also learn practical skills which will help you manage your negative emotions. Reaching out for support is a positive step to feeling better.

Holidays Support Group
The Holiday Season is approaching. It's supposed to be a time of joy and togetherness but, If your're struggling with loss, loneliness, and depression, this time of year can be really difficult.
