Taking the first step to seek counseling can be challenging but also very empowering and rewarding at the same time. What I provide is a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to feel supported and heard. As a licensed mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience I have worked in various residential treatment centers, crisis and detox facilities, and hospitals in the community. My experience has equipped me with the knowledge to utilize a variety of treatment modalities and interventions to provide clients with the necessary tools they need to realize their full potential.
I specialize in assisting clients heal from anxiety, panic, self-esteem and confidence issues, trauma, grief and loss, work/life balance and life transitions. I use treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy, and motivational interviewing to create a treatment plan that is unique to the needs of each client.
