I specialize in helping bereaved clients and their families heal and thrive. I help teens and adults manage anxiety and situational depression, improve self-esteem, heal life challenges, and implement guilt-free self-care. I have long empowered women to overcome challenges with life, parenting, postpartum, and pregnancy loss. I use various modalities, including talk-therapy, play therapy, expressive arts, mindfulness, and self-compassion.
