I have dedicated my career to helping my clients find the balance missing in their lives. My caseload currently consists of clients suffering from depression, anxiety, addiction, family concerns, body image issues, and those who lack motivation. My style of therapy is to help direct my clients in a positive manner with a "plan in hand" after leaving my office. A plan that allows you to produce tangible progress. Together, through hard work, I can help you discover the path to moving forward in a positive direction.
I use cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapy to help my clients discover their full potential. I treat children age 10, to adults in their 90's. Treating individuals, couples, families or groups, my practice is diverse enough to help you grow and accomplish specific goals to better your life.
I have been practicing for 25+ years. In 2016 I followed my own advice of "being the best you can be" and fulfilled my dream of opening my own private practice. I would love the opportunity to work together with you so that your own dreams may be realized.
