Free Virtual Grief Support Group 2022
This free virtual support group is a safe environment to share your experiences, give and receive support, while listening and learning from other grievers. Loss comes in many forms including: death of a loved one, end of family relationships, divorce/breakup, loss of friendship, pet loss, job loss, miscarriage, loss of health, and loss of financial stability. We hope you will find comfort in joining our group. We meet on Zoom the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm. Please reach out if interested and I will share the Zoom invite with you.

FREE 8 week Mind-Body Skills Group for Adults
I am currently working on my certification with the Center for Mind-Body Medicine and am offering a FREE 8 week Mind-Body Skills Group for adults, We will be meeting on Zoom each Saturday from 1:30-3:30 pm starting on April 2nd. My co-facilitator and I will be holding an information session on March 26th at 1:30 pm. Please reach out if you are interested.
