I have extensive experience in working with people who have lived through less than ideal circumstances. Many of my clients have learned to overcome sexual abuse, have been able to move past the pains brought on by physical violence, many have worked through horrific memories of active duty, and others have learned to enjoy life even after making some poor decisions that will impact them forever.
Your current situation may seem as though things will never change and there is little hope that things will get better. It can be difficult to make decisions when feeling this way. It can be difficult to reach out and believe anyone cares about what you are wrestling with.
I have experience working with homeless veterans who were being beat down by the symptoms of their severe mental illness. I have been fortunate enough to work along side individuals going through their first psychotic episode. I have been able to assist individuals who have been incarcerated and never thought a better life was possible. There is hope.
