Stephanie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology, is a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and a Certified Mindfulness-informed Clinician with many years of experience delivering evidence based psychotherapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strength based approaches, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.
I specialize in treating anxiety disorders and also in treating mental health challenges that typically accompany autism spectrum disorders for the individual and their family. I help children/teens experiencing anxiety, stress, and social challenges, teach coping strategies, and provide psychotherapy specific to parents of children with special needs.
