I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background working with adults, adoptees, and trauma. My therapeutic approach revolves around building a relationship with my clients and establishing the core issue of what is a challenge for them by facilitating a place for them to be transparent with themselves, judgment-free.

At this time I am only doing online video meetings. I agree with the philosophy that crisis is a combination of danger and opportunity. Human beings are very delicate emotionally and can suffer tremendously. My clinical experiences over the years have been very broad from child service agencies to residential treatment to outpatient psychiatry. Currently I work with individuals and families who struggle with with anxiety, depression, and relationship problems. I welcome longer term, deeper therapy work as well as problem-focused counseling with cognitive-behavioral interventions.

When we experience these states or life conditions, they can become obstacles to our natural state and rob us of peace of mind and from fully enjoying life. Our relationships can suffer and how we live and move in the world can become more difficult, even painful at times.
