Relationships are tough. It is normal to have challenges.
I work with couples and individuals who find themselves stuck in repetitive patterns of pain. It is not a failing on your part when things get difficult. There is new research that offers clear steps and practical solutions to changing relationships. Our work in couples therapy is not about assigning blame, but in understanding root cause and in creating solutions that make you feel connected to your partner again.

Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by their emotions, relationships, or life transitions. They may struggle with anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, past relationship wounds, or difficulty setting boundaries. Some feel “stuck” in repeating patterns — giving too much, people-pleasing, or losing themselves in others.
They want peace in their mind, clarity in their decisions, and healthier connections. Most are not broken — they are exhausted from coping alone and want to better understand themselves, regulate emotions, and feel more secure in who they are and the life they are building.

In our work together, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your thoughts, challenge limiting beliefs, and discover clarity, empowerment, and more fulfilling relationships—with yourself and others.
