We all want to feel more confident with ourselves, and within our relationships. Many times we get stuck in a cycle, and need some support getting out. I am happy to offer that support. I am passionate about working with couples, and families. I offer a listening ear, with research based tools to help you improve the current stressors you might be experiencing.
I have experience in a variety of settings, including schools, community agencies, and substance abuse treatment centers. I build off of that experience to offer a personalized approach for each client. In addition I have completed Gottman Couples therapy level one training, and use this approach when working with couples.
