Hi, I'm Mike! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida who enjoys helping people become the best version of themselves. My specialty would tend to be clients that suffer from anxiety or depression. I have a unique perspective on internet addiction and gaming addiction, and negative symptoms stemming from those behaviors. I also do well with coaching parents in regard to these topics.

Depression and anxiety can leave you feeling lonely, scared and vulnerable. But you're not. I work with clients using a combination of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to practice mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation and distress tolerance, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help challenge those irrational thoughts and replace them with more helpful, constructive ones. We will incorporate some solution-focused and strengths-based therapies as well.

Hi, I'm Lexi, also known as That Therapy Girl. If you've ever found yourself thinking, "Why do I keep ending up here?"—whether it's anxiety, relationship patterns, people-pleasing, or feeling stuck despite all the work you've already done—you don't have to figure it out alone.

Many of my clients are carrying more than others realize. They may be navigating ADHD, relationship challenges, addiction recovery, grief, military life, major transitions, or the quiet exhaustion of trying to hold everything together. Often, they've spent so much time caring for others that they've lost sight of themselves. At WellWoven, we help clients slow down, make sense of their experiences, identify patterns that no longer serve them, and build practical tools for lasting change. Our goal is not simply symptom relief, but helping people create lives marked by deeper connection, resilience, purpose, and well-being.
