I believe everyone has the opportunity to change and better themselves, develop new skills, and to move forward. I am here to listen to your needs and provide the most beneficial, effective experience possible to help you achieve your goals. There are situations that can make you feel overwhelmed and unable to move forward. During my career I have been able to help others develop new skills to grow and become confident. I like to work with parents and adolescents and to help them develop positive relationships. I have interest in individuals and families dealing with unexpected medical conditions, losses and traumatic events.
My goal is to help you develop strengths and strategies that will make you feel better about you and your life. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy in conjunction with other modalities according to your goals and needs. I have spent the last 20 years helping individuals and families going through new medical diagnosis and changes in family structure.
I am here to work with you and help you in the developing of new skills, different thought processes or implementing things that you think will be helpful. I welcome the opportunity to work with you and help you develop and meet your goals for growth, change, and healing.
