Gaslighting Support Group
Support group for people who have been gaslighted by others in toxic, trauma-based, abusive, co-dependent relationships with family, friends, co-workers, or bosses. Identify what gaslighting is, types of gaslighting, affects of gaslighting, and freedom from gaslighting. Workbook reading and assignments, exercises.
