I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist treating patients across Florida through telehealth. I have over 10 years of experience counseling individuals, couples, and families affected by marriage, mental health and substance use disorders, including addiction, chronic relapse, mood dysregulation, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, interpersonal conflict, marriage/relationship issues, and family system issues.

We practice in an integrated practice setting to provide targeted medication-assisted treatment (MAT) intended to alleviate symptoms of withdrawal, reduce cravings, and effectively diminish the compulsion to use substances that individuals often face. Each individual in our care has the benefit of a professional team of licensed providers including board-certified physicians, licensed therapists, and licensed case managers. We provide a “whole-patient” approach to treating substance use disorders.

I'm most passionate about working with people as they tackle anxiety disorders. I support clients who feel overwhelmed and confused by an internal sense of discord. Anxiety often creates difficulty developing and expressing an authentic sense of self, and low self-esteem both of which can significantly hinder a person's ability to engage comfortably in their life.

With over 20 years experience as a clinician, I enjoy working with a variety of concerns. I have expertise in the areas of family and marriage, relationships, depression, PTSD, stress management, grief and trauma as well as individual and couple issues. I am a certified Traumatologist and a certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist. I traveled to New York City to assist families impacted by the 9/11 attacks and have assisted in local and regional tragedies. I am also available for workshops, seminars, and trainings for agencies, organizations and businesses needing employee development.

My mission over the last 26 years and in developing and opening Comprehensive Counseling Services, LLC is to be able to provide counseling in a way that will reach as many individuals in need. I am a psychologist with over 30 years of experience doing therapy and psychological assessment with a wide variety of clients.
