Treatment focuses on identifying and analyzing the factors that maintain your current maladaptive feelings, thoughts and behaviors and how your environment has an impact on those behaviors. Together we will explore the root causes of your symptoms and replace unhealthy and dysfunctional patterns with new effective coping strategies.
