I've made some questionable decisions in my life, some with devastating results. Each poor decision led to a habit becoming a lifestyle of misery. By improving my life in small daily steps I was able to overcome depression, anxiety and substance abuse. Changing a lifestyle takes daily practice and it's always being tweaked with new goals.
