While I am a trauma specialist (Certified in EMDR & intensively trained in Trauma-Focused CBT), and offer Somatic Therapy (mind/body approaches), it's my goal to help put people at ease when they come into my office. My office is located in the heart of Ponte Vedra Beach, offering privacy to clients of all ages and backgrounds.

The human body knows what it needs to do in order to heal and often times our thoughts get in the way, blocking our own paths to healing. It's my passion to see people get better, and I think it shows. My practice is always open and casual.
