I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years experience. I am also a Family Court Mediator, a Qualified Parenting Coordinator, as well as a Board Certified Coach. My practice focuses on helping individuals and families who are experiencing stress and difficulty as the result of life transitions, such as divorce or co-parenting conflicts by offering a variety of services aimed at helping the individual or family learn better communication and conflict management skills through mediation, parenting coordination, or coaching.
I offer coaching to individuals or families in transition focusing on expanding their awareness, understanding, and knowledge of effective communication and conflict resolution strategies. Coaching emphasizes building on existing strengths and implementing new skills, while encouraging mutual respect and family harmony.
My goal is to educate people about the long-term negative impact of conflict on families, children, individuals, as well as the community at large by offering a variety of conflict resolution alternatives.
