I am certified in Rapid Resolution Therapy® and can assist to release emotional or physical traumas with gentle methods that do not re-traumatize. Trauma from the past can leave a lasting impression that can create emotional problems that can seem difficult to resolve. This integrative approach clears the negative effects from painful life experiences.
I work with the conscious and subconscious mind to shift feeling states. I hear and see where something is stuck, any limiting beliefs systems and negative thoughts and work with you to make adjustments to think clearer, be more present and feel lighter.
