As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my goal is to help individuals to understand how all parts of their life are interrelated and to facilitate their individual journey in the healing and growth process. My specialty areas include emerging adults that are struggling to understand how the developmental and cognitive changes that are taking place impact their social and emotional well-being, individuals whom are in the midst of transition and need additional support through life's "ups and downs" and exploring how past events influence our sense of self and our relationships with others.
With a background in Rehabilitation Counseling, I have assisted individuals with various disabilities navigate the nuances of academic and career planning. Additionally, I provide a healing space for individuals to explore the impact of grief and loss, challenging interpersonal relationships and difficulties with self-love and body image.
