I divide my time between trauma therapy and marriage and family therapy. My practice offers individual therapy, couples counseling, mediation, diagnostic and forensic evaluations, and coparenting services. In individual therapy, I tend to work with clients on improving symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, family issues, and PTSD.
I am a certified EMDR therapist and an EMDR Approved Consultant. I am also a Registered Mediator, Level 3 Gottman Marriage Therapist, and have received extensive training in conflict resolution, parent coordination, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
As a male counselor, I believe I have a unique advantage in building rapport with other males, notably, teenagers, veterans, husbands, etc. I am friendly, insightful, and client-centered. Clients often describe me as authentic, warm, and somebody that they quickly feel comfortable with.
