Are you holding too much? The mental loops, the pressure to keep it together, the exhaustion of trying to meet everyone's needs while losing touch with your own. Maybe anxiety has made your mind feel like it never really quiets down, or burnout has left you wondering where you went underneath it all. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone and you don't have to have the right words yet. I've spent over a decade walking alongside people ready for something to shift, not by adding more, but by creating a space to finally set some things down.
