In the long run, my goal is to help you overcome your barriers and attain a fuller sense of ownership over your life. My specialty is in art therapy, but I find that art is often just a tool to start the difficult conversations, to access parts of ourselves that may be blocked off because it is painful to think about. It doesn't have to stay that way.
