I really enjoy helping individuals navigate life by giving them a safe outlet to develop skills and learn more about themselves. I love helping teens and young adults find their way through life, and a big part of that is helping those that experience anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I am under the clinical supervision of Amy Robbins and clinical direction of Christopher Bruton.

When controversy stands in our way, one of four issues tends to arise. 1. We are not able to implement a coping mechanism, 2. The coping mechanism we implement is unhealthy, 3. The obstacle is being ignored, or 4. We do not recognize there is an obstacle in place. When one, or more, of these situations occur, we see a lowering in daily satisfaction and increased anxiety. To bring healing and balance within ourselves, we must acknowledge the past events that have created fear and shame in our hearts.
