I have a master's degree in Social Work and 12 years experience providing therapy. I have provided effective therapeutic interventions using techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, child-centered and directive play therapy, and rational self-analysis with a strength-based and person-centered approach.
I became a therapist because I have a heart for people who are hurting, and I wanted to offer the hope of relief and change.
