For some of us it isn’t easy to admit to another person that we are having difficulty handling personal problems However, what may seem like an overwhelming burden to one person can become a much lighter load when it is shared with a caring professional. My professional training and experience are backed up by many years of real life experience as a daughter, friend, wife and mother. Relieving emotional distress and assisting both individuals and couples to learn, grow and heal are my mission.
