Issues such as depression, anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, fatherhood challenges, domestic violence, and anger are just several daily life difficulties that can lead us to feeling overwhelmed. The counseling journey is a joint effort between the client and counselor. My goal for you during this journey is to create a partnership where you feel safe, free to speak your mind, and introduce you to a process void of judgment and completely focused on your overall well-being and mutual respect.
All people are different and that’s what makes the counseling process so effective. Together we will explore the challenges in your life and develop solutions specifically for your needs. In the safety of this partnership we will seek out freedom from the burdens in your life and work towards a deeper insight and healing.
I enjoy working with those experiencing depression, anxiety, fatherhood challenges, anger, domestic violence, and stress. I also perform court/probation evaluations/assessments for anger/violent behavior and substance abuse as well as lead Certified Family Violence Intervention Program groups.
