I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Ph.D. in Counselor Education specializing in working with adults, couples, & poly folks to help with challenges such as managing anxiety, depression, LGBTQAI+ identity, relationship issues, PTSD, & letters for HRT and surgeries. I work from a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, internal family systems, person centered, sex positive, kink friendly, poly friendly, and nonbinary orientation in order to explore and collaboratively work with you to assist in achieving your goals. This eclectic theory base allows for me to develop an individual treatment plan that often includes homework
and ongoing research based interventions. Our work together can help to increase your self awareness and identify patterns that can be changed to achieve a healthier and more fulfilling life. Therapy is such a powerful tool that can allow you to learn about yourself in a deeper, more meaningful manner. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey.
