I form a therapeutic relationship with my clients to help them deal with the issues they present. I draw on my years of experience and training to create the most effective treatment. Most of my clients experience relief within weeks of beginning therapy. Depending on the depth of the issues presented therapy can last a few months to a few years. Trust is the foundation and insight the main tool to create positive and long lasting change. I work with my clients to find what is best for them and support them in making the changes they want.
Through the years I have helped many people cope better with anxiety and depression. I enjoy working with couples and families. I am very experienced in helping people with grief and loss. I work well with people who are also in recovery programs for addictions.
I do well with artists and writers who need help with their creative process. I am comfortable working with people who have different cultural and religious backgrounds.My style is informal and my office is comfortable with free parking. I also offer teletherapy sessions online via a HIPAA compliant platform.
