Life is getting more complicated all the time. People are feeling overwhelmed and experiencing anxiety and depression. Some people experience life changing trauma and don't know how to overcome it. Others just struggle with everyday life and are not sure why. Married couples struggle to have the marriage they envisioned. I can help you address these issues and successfully overcome them. I started counseling in November of 1994. I graduated from Lee University with my Masters in Counseling Psychology in 2002 and am a licensed professional counselor(LPC) in Tennessee and Georgia.

I have a passion for supporting children and families in addressing trauma as early in life as possible, including working with young mothers and their infants, and at the source, which in some cases is imprinted in intergenerational practices and narratives. I also help adults identify childhood trauma causing them to feel stuck and struggle in their relationships and attachments. I enjoy coaching parents and caregivers to develop and enhance the emotional connection with their children.
