Hello there! My name is Rosy Gumbs and I am passionate about women’s mental health. I have a background in school counseling and have worked in private practice for 2 years. I have now transitioned to help women who feel overwhelmed and confused as they go through challenging life transitions from starting a career, childbirth, fertility challenges, and grief and loss. I am most passionate about working with women who feel like they are “not good enough” and dealing with burnout professionally and personally.

I have a heart for people who are overwhelmed with life's experiences and struggling to cope and move forward to a healthier place. I feel people need to know there is someone in their corner, willing to listen, and help them find a place of feeling stronger, more in control and capable of managing life's difficulties.
