By rediscovering our strength, it can give us the fortitude that is necessary to overcome substance abuse, self-harm, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, past traumas and abuse.
I have worked with high risk youth and families in various settings and found that a compassionate ear, therapeutic tools, and practical solutions can lead to the greatest gains in life.
