I use a family systems orientation in my work. Systems thinking helps develop more objectivity which in turn can help you navigate a path with more options and flexibility. I work with individuals, couples, young adults, parents and when appropriate, children and adolescents. Marriage and mood dysfunction are a couple of my specialties.
