It takes courage to ask for help, but the rewards of doing so can lead to a lifetime of fulfillment. I understand and have experienced the emotional challenges life has to offer. In working together, we will cultivate growth by understanding the obstacles that you face and develop solutions that can help you gain control of your life and achieve your goals. Ultimately, therapy can lead you to greater self-awareness, self-esteem, and most importantly, a more fulfilling life.

I work with neurodivergent folks (diagnosed or self-identified), including ADHDers, autistic individuals, sensory-sensitive humans, and those who experience the world a little differently. Many of my clients are still figuring things out—identity, career, relationships, or daily functioning—and are seeking more ease, confidence, and self-trust. I also work with children and their families, supporting kids in understanding their inner world, expressing big feelings, and developing tools that work for them. Caregivers are welcomed into the process with warmth and validation to create more connection, predictability, and success.

Stressed? Anxious? Feeling "bleh"? From the outside looking in, you've got it all together. You're the strong, independent one that everyone else relies on... but behind the scenes, you're completely exhausted. Constant worry, racing thoughts and sleepless nights have officially caught up to you and let's be honest: it's way too much to handle. If you're used to being self-sufficient, therapy might feel foreign or scary. But the truth is, it doesn't have to be. With me? You'll be in a space where you can stop doing everything and just... exist

You’re not too much. You’re just tired of surviving. The anxiety, burnout, and pressure to hold it all together never really stop—and neither do you. I help adults untangle the stress and patterns they’ve carried for too long so they can finally exhale and begin moving forward—gently, and for real this time.

For those with Combat Stress or Trauma, traditional therapy models tend to fail because they are based on cognitive reframing, emotional intelligence and empathy...something that was conditioned out of you and never put back. Being asked to "think positively," "do your deep breathing," and "use your coping skills" rarely works if you are not taught the WHY. That's where psycho-education comes in. Humans have an intrinsic need to understand the purpose behind what we are doing for it to hold any meaning, let alone be implemented. Book with me by clicking on my website!

Recognizing the need to share your vulnerability can be difficult and overwhelming, not knowing how to move forward leaves us stuck and unable to creatively think of solutions. I assist clients in building solutions to cope, prosper, and enjoy what is present. Using a compassionate heart, empathetic logic, and solution-focused approach to life's obstacles.
