I’m a licensed therapist, but work as a life coach so I can be a little less clinical and a lot more authentic. I’m a big believer that most people don’t need someone to unpack their problems and give them a worksheet for an hour once a week, but really need someone to walk alongside them, and encourage them step by step. Whether you are hoping to finally overcome that dang anxiety that keeps you stuck, or feel good in your body for the first time in your life, or just want help reaching some new goals, I got you.
I love being able to support my clients, and walk with them through life. Between sessions, I am available by phone or text to support you and encourage you. Making progress is a whole lot easier when you have someone by your side, and it’s my joy to be able to be that for my clients.
