I offer a safe and supportive space that encourages self-discovery and empowers clients to express their authentic selves and thrive, not just survive. I also work with parents, adults, and couples dealing with various personal struggles such as grief, life transitions, parenting, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, school problems, career counseling.
