While earning my Master's from USC, I specialized in panic attacks/anxiety, sexual/emotional/physical trauma, alcohol/drug abuse and depression. I am certified by the USC/IDISCUS to provide intervention to individuals struggling with alcohol and drug abuse.
Offering evidenced-based practice methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy-DBT, Solutions Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Ego Psychology. clients ages 18+. Now offering in-home visits at a specialized therapy rate.
