I am invested in helping individuals, families and significant other navigate the complexity of eating disorders, anxiety and depression. My philosophy is simple- to help individuals find meaning and balance in their life.
I have over 25 years experience in the field of eating disorders and management of anxiety and depression. I use evidenced based therapies and promote working with the treatment team. I understand the complexity of eating disorders and help individuals navigate through the recovery process.
I am invested in a person's recovery. It is often a scary place to be and I offer insight and understand while also encouraging clients to "step outside of their box". With my experience come compassion and knowledge of the complexity that eating disorders, anxiety and depression can bring to a persons life.
