Over the past two decades I have developed a system using meditation & interactive play biofeedback combined with 1) introspective psychodynamic questioning, 2) CBT scaffolding using emotions as important information in guidance for action, and 3) a positive solution-focused approach to help you address your personal lifestyle and relationship goals. Over the course of 8 sessions you can learn this technique to apply to your current & future challenges. You will be provided a step-by-step guidance manual as a blueprint for action.
Biofeedback apps record progress and other journal homework maintains momentum between sessions. Often the solutions to our challenges are lying dormant and undeveloped within us. Using art and play can help us discover patterns and uncover these creative helpful parts. Developing a curious attitude is one of the first steps.
