I combine practices from: Motivational Interviewing; Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy; Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Moral Reconation Therapy with my knowledge of Mindfulness; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy into one person-centered approach. My years as a trauma-informed therapist help me to address difficult topics.
In my experience, I have been able to connect with people in dark places because I approach clients with respect and admiration. I believe it is my sincerity that allows me to earn the trust of doubting and struggling clients and facilitate a team approach to therapy.
