Most people have busy lives, which is why I offer counseling that can take place from the comfort of your own home. Please feel free to take advantage of Tele-Mental Health Counseling (online) if you live in North Carolina. If you are not in North Carolina, I can offer you online coaching. No insurance? I offer a 50 minute session for $125.
