I am a licensed counselor that provides therapy for children, adolescents, adults and their families. My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere for every person that allows me the opportunity to help them navigate through some of life's toughest challenges. I use a variety of approaches and techniques that fit clients based on their personality and area of comfort. My experience includes but is not limited to issues such as anxiety, depression, oppositional defiance, ADD/ADHD, parenting challenges, and bipolar disorder.
