As a psychologist with over 20 years' experience, I work with people who are struggling with diverse challenges, from temporarily overwhelming stressors to life-altering losses or burdens. Complicated or unsatisfactory relationships, difficult life transitions, health concerns, and significant losses are common problems that, if left unresolved, can lead to depression, anxiety, and feelings of inadequacy, helplessness, or hopelessness. I also specialize in psychological testing. Areas of expertise include psychological fitness evaluations (for bariatric surgery, adoption, spinal cord stimulator implants, fitness for duty, etc.), general psychological testing for diagnostic purposes, and adult ADHD evaluations.
