Life sure is complicated. And our nervous systems act up, making it difficult for us to function. Whether it's anxiety, depression, divorce, loss or other issue that you are going through, I use the most successful approaches to help you. I offer a comforting rapport that incorporates a no-nonsense and laid-back approach to help you maneuver life's challenges and come out the other end better for the experience.
My primary specialty is treating those who suffer with anxiety disorders (including panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias, and PTSD). I also specialize in depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, and life transitions. Further, I have advanced training in working with adult children of divorce.
The most difficult step is to make that first contact with a therapist. I'll make it easy! Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
