I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, & Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist with 35 years of counseling experience. My practice serves individuals, couples, and families who are seeking assistance with a wide array of concerns including life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and grief and loss.
